Welcome to the House of Pemberley

We sell restyled home furnishings and accessories to the public. Currently our items can be purchased on Etsy and eBay - but we will soon be offering a shopping cart and the ability to buy here on our site too.

We buy vintage and antique furniture and recondition and restyle it - giving you the opportunity to have the best of both worlds - vintage quality and appeal in a finish to match today's decors.

From the menu above you can view what we have currently for sale in Available Now, our "raw" or "unstyled" inventory in Unstyled Inventory and any specials we are running (including coupons that can be used on Etsy) on the *Specials* page. You may also want to check out our Before and Afters to see examples of what we start with and how we restyle it.

Our Philosophy

Is simple: offer beautiful home furnishings and accessories at great prices. We search for the unique, rare and "just have to have" pieces that we would want in our own home, restyle them and sell them to you at great prices!

Our Materials

We start with vintage and antinque furnishings. Some items have nothing but a good cleaning done to them, others get a new finish and poly coating and still others get fresh paint and poly or lacquer. Our chairs are solid, feel good to sit on and are meant to be used in your home - they are not just decorative pieces of furniture (although they are beautiful to look at!). Some chairs have small imperfections, scuffs, dents in the wood, scracthes, etc. that, we feel, add to their character and value.

We mostly use designer fabrics such as those by Lee Jofa, David Hicks, Kelly Wearstler, Quadrille, Schumacher and Windsor Smith just to name a few. With a lineup like that, how could the items we offer be anything but chic!
